They had only 1 review (BTW- that one review was 5 star) and they haven't been open long, but he assured us that they had many years of experience. We took a chance and we were so glad we did. These guys went above & beyond in so many ways. The issues with her 2000 Camry were an absolute mystery but these guys wouldn't give up and I was seriously impressed by their dedication and perseverance. So impressed, they they have just landed 3 new regular clients. We've been driving to San Pedro faithfully to our car guy for the 4 years we've been living in N.Redondo, but no more. Thank you all for being so patient with my mother and not giving up. And may I add that their prices are very fair and the issue was resolved at a lower price then anyone else had estimated for us. Beach Cities Auto Clinic is the best mechanic/ auto shop I have been to. Claudia and Jerry have been extremely helpful every time I have come in. They are exceptionally great at their job, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and hard working. I believe this place is not only reasonably priced but they also have a quick turn around time. I have been to many auto shops where I have felt ripped off or belittled and I have only felt welcomed and helped here. They installed a new Starter, battery terminals and fixed different electrical issues I was experiencing. Definitely recommend!

Brought in my Mustang thinking it had a serious transmission issue, but Claudia and the team quickly diagnosed it as a crankshaft problem or something—and fixed it at no charge. Exemplary service! These 5 star reviews are genuine and I'm glad I went to Beach Cities Auto Clinic. I first visited this place with my friend who has AAA. If you have AAA you get 10% discount on services and the diagnostics is free. I remember that my friend was so impressed with them so I decided to give their shop a try since I was a AAA member also.

I called up Claudia and she spent 20 minutes on the phone with me really listening to what the problem was. She informed me not to get an oil change that day as I was sitting in the Valvoline parking lot and the manager there (who she knew very well) was trying to sell me something that I did not need. Claudia was so thorough. She told me straight up that she could not get to the car until Tuesday of the next seek (it was Saturday), but told me if I would wait until then she would make me a priority Tuesday morning and get to the root of the problem. She did. She is a lady of her word.

With prompt communication, Claudia showed me what issues were impacting my car (which components were impacted and what needed fixing).

Claudia's transparency, honesty, and stellar character are so hard to find these days, and I am so grateful to her for her professionalism.

Another Saturday morning I had a problem, called the shop to schedule an appointment, and Omid told me to come right over. After explaining my situation, he said he would look at everything, and told me he would call me. Man of his word. He called me, and offered best solutions. Omid was detail-oriented and very knowledgeable, taking the time to examine my car and diagnose the actual issues. He explained the safest option. And, he gave me the option to only fix certain things which would be cheaper, but I would have to return if the problem persisted. Got it going, all same-day service, within about 4 hours I was back in the car.

They have serviced two of my vehicles.

I will be taking my car back to him for any future issues and highly recommend that people stop by to see them if they have any automotive issues.

Fantastic service. Brought us in close to 3 pm, ran a diagnostic for no charge, could tell right away what we needed, charged us a very competitive rate to replace our old tired spark plugs, had us ready by the next day. Friendly, experienced, a well oiled machine, blows their competitors out of the water with both their service and results. Give 'em a try.

Brought my 2007 BMW 328i for alternator change. Very reasonably price, excellent service, and work done in timely fashion. What impressed me most was that after one week the serpentine belt started to squeal. Omid and his staff was very kind to diagnose my car and repair it at no cost. I actually had the serpentine belt repaired with a new battery at a BMW dealership six months prior and probably would not have to go through another visit to repair the alternator if it was all done all at once at the dealership which in hindsight was indicated. Beach Cities Auto Clinic was very objective, did not blame anyone, got the job done at a very reasonable price, and was generous to guarantee their work with no hassle. I would bring any of my cars back to Beach Cities without reservation. Thank you for your great service.

Found my new car guy! I recently was driving down PCH and remembered I needed to get my oil and brakes checked. I was able to call and get an appointment. From the moment I walked in, the Russell was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain what my car needed, answered my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
