I had a fantastic experience working directly with Russell at Beach Cities Auto Clinic for major maintenance on my 2017 Acura MDX. I went in, mostly knowing what the major maintenance was required, and Russell's transparency and honesty were absolutely spot on. His communication was clear throughout the entire process. He also took the time to point out a few important details I hadn't thought of, giving me the full choice on how to proceed without any pressure. It is rare to find that level of honesty and professional insight. I highly recommend working with them.

This is the third time I've taken my car to Beach Cities Auto Clinic. They are always so efficient, they don't upsell, and their prices are reasonable. It's always a very good experience which is why I keep going back.

Had a blown tire, they let me keep my car there overnight. Then next morning, Russel went out of his way to call up a tire shop to see if I can get my tire changed for free. I didn’t pay a dime and they helped me out a ton.

The team is friendly, communicates well, is responsive and willing to work through options. They took care to make sure vehicle was cleaner inside and out when it was returned.

Russell from Beach Cities Auto was super helpful. Kept the shop open for me to pick up my car after hours. He gave my vehicle a thorough inspection, and i left without needing to do any additional maintenance. Was extremely upfront about cost and what he was inspecting. Highly recommend.

Genuine service that you can actually trust. Claudia, Miguel and Russel care about their work and care about their customers. After getting a lengthy "must do" list from another establishment. I came to get their advice. Most of what was on that list was not necessary. . . and we did what actually had to be done at the right price to get my car running safely and back on the road. Could not be happier or more grateful for everyone here . .. including Roxy (the dog)!

So happy with the work Russell did on my 1989 Nissan Pulsar Sportbak! At 190,000 miles it's been a little .in the doldrums. But Russell has it runnimg like a jackrabbit!

My car battery died on Sepulveda and I couldn’t use my window to wave people by, hazards, or emergency brake and Russell came to save me within minutes! So thankful and had great service with a quick battery replacement. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

Claudia is an absolute saint. I’m an idiot and scratched my brand new car pulling into the garage and she took care of everything day of, for an extremely reasonable rate. Extremely accommodating, customer service A+. Will be coming back here without a doubt if anything else happens.

Great Shop. I was having trouble finding a small connector for my car and they not only had it, but they didn't charge me for it. Very nice I will definitely be taking my car there in the future. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Beach Cities by AAA when I had rodents chew wires and nest in the engine compartment. The repair cost was more than reasonable and the communication was great. One day later, my car was back in for the same problem and they prioritized my repair and again, reasonable cost and great communication. Customer Service is great and friendly and I am glad I have found a reliable auto shop.

They did a great job fixing up my car to get ready to sell it. Great communication, prompt service & fair pricing. They even had it washed when I went to pick it up. I would definitely go back if my new car needed something.

The service itself was completed efficiently, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Driving away, I could immediately feel the difference in my brakes, and it gave me real peace of mind. After fixing my car many a day and feeling like no matter how hard i tried I couldn’t fix the issue with my serpentine belt. I turned to Beach City Auto and got a fare deal on the repair and truth regarding what the issue truly was. This is the spot to go

Brought my 2007 BMW 328i for alternator change. Very reasonably price, excellent service, and work done in timely fashion. What impressed me most was that after one week the serpentine belt started to squeal. Omid and his staff was very kind to diagnose my car and repair it at no cost. I actually had the serpentine belt repaired with a new battery at a BMW dealership six months prior and probably would not have to go through another visit to repair the alternator if it was all done all at once at the dealership which in hindsight was indicated. Beach Cities Auto Clinic was very objective, did not blame anyone, got the job done at a very reasonable price, and was generous to guarantee their work with no hassle. I would bring any of my cars back to Beach Cities without reservation. Thank you for your great service.

I’ve been going there for approximately three years and from day one I was very very pleased. Everyone that works there is friendly like family and I go every time. Something is wrong with my car.

Omid and the team could not be more professional, kind and helpful. I took my vehicle to Beach Cities Auto Clinic recently with some issues that my dealership service center would have charged an arm and a leg to fix. Beach Cities identified the issue, quickly resolved everything and the car has been running like a dream. Honestly, this auto clinic is the best in the South Bay.

Took my 2020 Toyota Tacoma Tuesday morning for some check engine light on Claudia was very helpful and was able to repair vehicle and was out before lunch time I 100% recommend repair shop. Very knowledgeable and great customer service..

Claudia has terrible customer service. This business puts incorrect parts into your car which just leads to a domino effect of more long lasting damage to your vehicle. This business charges you just to give you more problems. A couple buddies of mine also had similar experiences. Never coming back.

Gets better! My battery died on the side of the road yesterday because they gave me the wrong battery! Completely not a battery compatible for MINI or BMW. Had to have someone else fix their work 23 days later!! DO NOT GO HERE

I had a very irregular electrical issues with my car and Claudia was very helpful and resourceful in figuring out the problem. She ran down the options for me and was very reasonable in with cost and time estimates. Her and her team are professionals and do great work the issues are all resolved and in great shape! I had a great experience all around with this auto shop. To start off, they were always very responsive by phone. They were also great at sending communications by text, which is very helpful for me since i can't take calls at work. And most importantly, they quickly and accurately diagnosed and repaired my car.
